At Frontline Policing, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and process information in our app.

1. Location Data

PatrolView requires access to your device’s location in order to provide geocoded information about your current position.

• Your location is sent to our server which returns the relevant policing information.
• The only information about your device that is sent is the application version and operating system.
• No information about your user identity is sent.
• The server does not store or retain location data associated with any individual user.
• Location data may be retained for performance optimization and statistical modelling, helping us understand where there is demand for the information service.
• At no point is your location linked to your identity.

2. Advertising Data

PatrolView uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements.

• Only data required for AdMob functionality is processed.
• AdMob may collect certain anonymized usage information to display relevant ads.
• We do not share user location or personal information with advertisers.

3. No Other Data Collection

• PatrolView does not collect or store personal data such as your name, email, or device identifiers.
• The app does not track users outside of the temporary location data used for service functionality.

4. Data Retention

• Temporary location data used for performance or statistical analysis is aggregated and anonymized.
• No personally identifiable information is retained.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data while in transit. However, as with all digital communications, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via the app or the PatrolView website.
